It’s time to be real.
As an entrepreneur, there are many highs and many lows.
But I love it.
Here’s my learning experience as an entrepreneur passionate about innovation, helping startups and solving real problems.
My first project was www.AceApp.io
The vision behind AceApp was to build a hybrid marketplace and creative networking platform. It was my first venture, and I developed it myself from the ground up.
I built a product offering of over 5,000 products, all tied to partnerships, and onboarded 80+ organisations to showcase the vision. But despite the effort, revenue wasn’t what I was hoping for. A hard lesson.
The reality?
B2C was and is incredibly hard. Competing with Amazon was near impossible. And while the idea was strong, the execution and model wasn’t working for me.
But as entrepreneurs, we don’t quit.. we adapt.
What gives us an edge isn’t blind persistence, it’s learning systems, processes, and how value is created.
That led me to build Airpal, a telehealth platform.
I was passionate about helping people since this was my R&D project at uni and I knew there was a genuine problem to solve: bridging the gap between doctors and patients.
I built the product, ran a pilot, onboarded 30 doctors, and received nothing but positive feedback. But scaling from 30 to 100–150 doctors was a different challenge altogether.
External developers were costly and jobs were taking too long to complete.
I was burning cash.
AWS traffic costs were piling up.
Once again, I hit a wall, not because the idea was bad, but because the business mechanics didn’t scale. So I decided to take a break from it for now and comeback stronger than ever later.
That’s when something clicked.
From my background in sales, I knew there was a massive problem still being ignored. Everywhere I worked, teams were using Excel to manage leads, with little visibility, poor tracking, and no real insight into performance.
So I decided to go all in.
With experience behind me, I built Sales 360 Copilot AI
Sales360 Copilot is an intelligent sales assistant that helps you manage leads, track deals, and generate personalised outreach in seconds for outbound B2B sales teams.
It’s already changing how teams track progress, manage pipelines, and execute outbound sales.
For the first time, I have a clear offering with clear revenue potential and a product that solves a very specific, very painful problem.
So here’s my two cents for new founders and aspiring entrepreneurs:
• Don’t try to reinvent the wheel with a vision so big investors can’t understand it
• Solve a clear problem that brings in a ROI
• Build something that directly improves business performance
• Learn fast, adapt faster
Learn Sales from day 1
2025 was the year we learned.
2026 is the year we get serious and scale.
