Job Description:
Ace Social Global is seeking a visionary and results-driven Financial Director to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Director will be responsible for shaping and executing financial strategies, optimizing performance, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
4. Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
6. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reports for senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
7. Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
9. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and investment initiatives to drive business expansion and diversification.
10. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a technology or digital media company.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
