This Marcy Smith machine is popular with weightlifters, as the Smith bar incorporates commercial grade, sealed, linear metallic bearings that move up and down 1" solid steel chrome-plated guide rods, with a secure hook up systemw ith nine positions. You can then perform various powerful strength training workouts up to 135 kg on your own; rotate your wrists slightly to hook the bar safely. The Smith system includes lower adjustable safety stops to prevent the risk of injury from the weights coming down on you. The frame has a 7-degree inclined design to provide natural motion and helps to improve your overall technique.
The multi-pulley system, with an impressing load capacity of 136 kg, comes with a pair of independent rotating high pulley at the top and can be used together for cable crossovers, or combined connected with a chain for lat pulldowns. Then the low pulley station is ideal to use with all the attachments. And finally, a pec dec station with independent motion vertical butterfly arms for chest definition. The cable/pulley systems incorporates aircraft cables rated at 2000 lb tensile strength and 4" nylon pulleys reinforced with sealed bearings. 
The Cage is compatible with a 7-ft free weight Olympic barbell, giving you plenty of exercise and warmup options. It includes a vertical cylinder at the back, so you can insert and store the Olympic Bar when you're not using it, should you get one to push your limits further.
The weight bench has an astounding capacity of 272 kg (user + load together). It comes with seat and back pads, complete leg developer and a full biceps station. The padding features a boxed construction with high-density foam and two-tone vinyl design and manufactured with particular attention to lower lumber support.
To complete the set, Marcy's 120 kg Eco weight plates offer a mix of light and heavy Olympic plates (*2 x 20 kg plates, 4 x 10 kg plates, 6 x 5 kg Plates and 4 x 2.5 kg Plates*). The weight plates are Made in Britain from both recycled and recyclable materials.
